Warranty Policy

Note: Only for orders purchased on our website (https://www.ienyridescooter.com/), we can provide you with 12 months of after-sales and repair services. If you want to buy accessories, you can also consult our customer service staff to buy it. If you buy a Ienyrid electric scooter on Amazon, eBay or other platforms, you need to find the customer service staff of the website you purchased to provide after-sales-sales maintenance services, I The company has regulations, where you buy it, and it is provided by the website where you buy it. 1. Warranty of electric scooter/bike

Within 7 days, we will only refund or replace items if we determine that the scooter is faulty due to a defect in material/workmanship (from the date of delivery). In this case, there is no shipping charge for returns or exchanges.

After 7 days - within 12 months, if customers have product quality problems, our company will provide free accessories and free maintenance. The customer does not need to bear the return shipping cost, but does need to bear the shipping cost sent to you after the return (customer will only be charged for shipping at most once). Please contact us for a return shipping address and additional instructions before returning a defective item.

iENYRID provides 1 year warranty from the date you receive the goods. Any free repairs need to be confirmed with the manufacturer through customer service. Please note that the free repair rule does not apply to the motherboard, battery and screen. The cost of returning the item is the customer's expense, and iENYRID will pay for shipping the repaired item to the customer.

All items damaged due to human factors are not covered by the warranty, but the customer can bear the return cost and pay for the repair cost.

Warranty Waivers and Notices

Natural degradation of products due to wear and tear, as well as breakage/damage during use, is solely the responsibility of the customer and is not covered by our warranty.

If the customer damages/misuses the item, the product's warranty is immediately void. No compensation is provided in this case. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the component and shipping.

Before returning the package to our overseas warehouse, you must communicate with our customer service staff, otherwise it is easy to cause the package you returned to be lost and unclaimed, thank you for your cooperation

2. Accessories warranty

Within 7 days, if there is any quality problem, our company will provide free accessories and bear the logistics cost.

After 7 days - within 12 months, our company will provide free accessories but not bear the logistics costs; if the warranty period exceeds 1 year, the customer needs to pay the corresponding accessories and logistics costs. 6 months battery warranty

If the wearing parts are not received by the customer, they are damaged, but they are damaged during use and need to be purchased and replaced by the customer. Consumables: (tire kit, brake kit)

All Ienyrid customers are eligible for our no-questions-asked warranty immediately after purchase. If you have any questions about whether your product is still under warranty, please email service@ienyridescooter.com and ask about your warranty status.

3. The warranty is void and all rights will be lost in the following cases:

●Products modified or repaired by unauthorized technicians or/and using faulty, modified or non-original equipment/accessories.
●Accident or damage to the product due to external factors, atmospheric conditions or any other such event.
●The malfunction is caused by dirt, impurities, water, foreign matter, etc., if applicable.
●This product is used in the rain and/or driven in a body of water with a depth greater than 4 cm.
Product or part identification series/codes/marks etc. are removed/illegible, marked or embossed, spare parts or original parts manufactured for various purposes dented, mechanical shock, thermal or other breaks, cracks etc. not attributable to them .
●Changes in the original state of the product due to natural influences (corrosion, condensation, etc.) due to improper storage conditions.
●This product is not used in accordance with the conditions of the user manual. – Links The failure of the product is caused by vandalism or the like.
●The warranty period has expired.
