Refund Policy
If you would like to return a product for a refund, please review the return policy below to ensure all conditions are met. If you discover what you believe is a product defect, please refer to the Limited Warranty Policy and follow its procedures.
Refund Policy:
Products purchased from www.ienyridescooter.com can only be returned in one of the following situations:
Items that are unopened and in their original condition for delivery or pickup (customers are responsible for returning or bringing the item back to the store), must apply for a return within 7 days of delivery/pickup, you will be responsible for the return shipping item, thank you for your understanding and support.
The item shipped is wrong/doesn't match what is shown on the website. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery/pickup.
Opened, defect-free item with no signs of damage or use. Must be requested within 7 days of delivery/pickup. (The customer is responsible for returning or bringing the item back to the store).
All product returns require our approval.
You need to provide the following information:
Reason for requesting return
your order number
The model number, tracking number and order number of the returned product (any returns must match the serial number of the original sale and will also be verified upon receipt of the returned product)
No Return of Parts:
The sale of all parts, including batteries, is final, whether or not the item is opened.
Damage and Problems:
Please check your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and handle it properly.
Return shipping:
You will be responsible for all shipping costs and you must bear any risk of loss of or damage to products in transit to us. Since the product contains a lithium-ion battery, it must be shipped in accordance with applicable regulations. Please notify the battery carrier prior to shipment. We recommend using a traceable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. In most cases, we can also provide you with a return label and deduct the fee from your final refund.
Refund processing:
Once your returned product has been received and inspected and its serial number verified, we will notify you to approve or deny the refund. If the return is approved, we will refund the original payment method. You should receive your refund within 2-7 business days. Returns are subject to the above return fee and return shipping.
Return and Compensation Process
For any after-sales questions, please contact customer service directly and they will provide you with a solution based on your situation.
Please check each processing time upon receipt of your returned item.
For exchanges, exchange processing time is 2-7 business days upon receipt of your returned item, depending on stock availability.
For refunds, we process refunds within 3-6 business days of receiving your returned item. Thereafter, the refund time will depend on the payment method. See below for details:
PayPal refunds can take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
For repairs, it takes 15-30 business days, depending on the item and the manufacturer's spare parts inventory.
Note: Due to the new policy introduced by Paypal, if you want to cancel the purchase, the processing fee is 5% of the total order amount.
We always do our best to take care of our customers and treat you fairly; we ask that you, our customers, treat us fairly too. Sometimes we may not accept returns.
